System Tune-Up/Customization. (Includes all available Windows Updates, full system physical cleaning and PC
Security Report plus hardware diagnostics!)
Adware/Spyware/Virus/Trojan Removal. (Includes full system physical cleaning and Operating System
reinstallation if needed and, as always, hardware diagnostics.)
Full System Physical Cleaning. (Includes customer education on how to clean your PC.)
Hardware Installation. (Includes installation of software included with device and basic usage intruction and also includes, again, hardware
diagnostics.)
Software Installation. (Includes Security Report and basic usage instruction.)
Full System and Operating System Diagnostics. (Includes repair estimates and/or quick fixes.)
Data Backup/Recovery. (NOTE: SDS cannot recover data from hard drives
that have physically crashed! We can try but no promises. SDS also does
not
recover deleted files due to privacy concerns.)
Restore CD/DVD or PC part ordering. (Customer must be present and funds paid first before and during order.)
In the event your PC cannot be fixed, diagnostics cannot be performed or
your data cannot be recovered, you don't pay anything! (Estimates and
Quotes
are free as well.)
